| Refund and Cancellation Policy 1. SCOPE This policy applies to personalized digital name analysis services provided by SMEDYA LLC through kaderinsifresi.net. 2. BEFORE PREPARATION BEGINS If preparation of the personalized report has not yet begun, you may send a cancellation request to iletisim@kaderinsifresi.net as soon as possible. If the request can be verified before preparation begins, the payment may be canceled or refunded. 3. AFTER PREPARATION BEGINS OR DELIVERY Once preparation of the personalized report has begun or the report has been delivered, a refund is not guaranteed solely because of a change of mind, changed expectations, or dissatisfaction with the interpretation. 4. WHEN A REFUND OR REDELIVERY MAY BE AVAILABLE A refund, cancellation, redelivery, or another appropriate remedy may be provided for a duplicate charge, verified non-delivery caused by a technical issue for which we are responsible, a verified unauthorized or incorrect charge, or when required by applicable law. 5. REFUND METHOD AND TIMING Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method when possible. Depending on the card issuer, card refunds initiated through Stripe generally may take 5-10 business days to appear on the bank or card statement. 6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES If you experience a payment or delivery issue, contact us at iletisim@kaderinsifresi.net. This policy does not eliminate any payment dispute rights available to the cardholder under applicable law or card network rules. 7. MANDATORY RIGHTS This policy does not limit rights under applicable federal or state law, or non-waivable rules where the customer is located.
